HICAP Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program, provides free, unbiased Medicare counselling. HICAP counselors help seniors remain healthy, connected and protected. Counselors explain: Medicare benefits and enrollment details.
General topics: Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C). Prescription Drug Plans (Part D). Medigap Plans (Supplemental policies). Low income assistance programs. Medicare fraud and abuse.
Medicare Open Enrollment for coverage beginning January 1, 2023 will run from October 15 to December 7, 2022.
NOTE: Events and programs are offered in English unless otherwise stated.
