About The Event

Endeavor: Move & Thrive is a welcoming, low-impact fitness class designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and foster connection — all at your own pace. Led by ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor Jase, this one-hour class blends simple, safe choreography with gentle strength work, balance training, and uplifting music to support both body and mind.

Rooted in inclusion and accessibility, Move & Thrive invites participants of all ages, abilities, gender identities, and backgrounds — with a special welcome to seniors and those looking for a supportive, community-oriented space. Modifications and seated options are always available, ensuring everyone can participate in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you’re hoping to improve mobility, maintain vitality, or simply enjoy moving alongside friends, Endeavor: Move & Thrive meets you where you are and celebrates every step forward. Expect positive energy, joyful music, and a class environment where everyone is seen, valued, and celebrated. The classes reflect a deep commitment to community wellness, inclusion, and connection.

Facilitator

Jase Nagaia is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for creating inclusive, accessible, and joyful movement experiences for all. As the founder of Endeavor Palm Springs, LLC, Jase specializes in low-impact aerobics classes that welcome participants of all ages, abilities, gender identities, and backgrounds with a special focus on building community connection and confidence.

In addition to leading popular classes like Endeavor with Jase at Demuth Community Center and Endeavor with Pride during Palm Springs Pride Weekend, Jase also lends his energy and expertise to community events, leading warmups for local 5K fundraisers such as the Palm Springs Pride 5K, the Turkey Trot, and Santa Paws 5K.

Beyond fitness, Jase serves as a Commissioner for Palm Springs Parks and Recreation, where they advocate for inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities. Professionally, Jase works as a CRM Manager, where he specializes in optimizing systems, streamlining operations, and supporting data-driven engagement strategies.

Known for blending simple, safe choreography with uplifting music, positive energy, and modifications for all levels, Jase creates spaces where participants feel empowered to move in a way that works for their body. Endeavor brings warmth, humor, and deep respect for each individual’s journey, inviting everyone to show up exactly as they are and leave feeling stronger, happier, and more connected.
