During an impressive 30-year tenure, Parrill excelled as a director, providing crucial support to Fortune 100 American companies with a global reach. Through strategic planning in concert with her clients, she developed unique solutions for complex problems.<\/p>\n
In addition to her professional achievements, Alicia has made significant contributions to the LGBTQ+ community, serving as Co-Chair for HRC in the DFW area where she led the local team in the fight for equality under the law.\u00a0 After retiring, Parrill embarked on a new and fulfilling chapter of life. Meeting and marrying the love of her life, Ellen, the couple has embraced family life with their three French bulldogs. In 2023, the Parrills relocated from Dallas to the vibrant Palm Springs area.
