This six week class, held once a week, will help you learn how to utilize “The Centered Breath” to tap into your androgynous spirit and into a deep personal understanding of self.
You will be introduced to breath and meditation exercises, through which you can anchor, calm and center yourself. This one hour class will build upon itself, each week, deepening your understanding of how to use breathwork to release old patterns that no longer serve you. Each class begins with a Qi Gong exercise, moving in to a brief guided meditation, and then into a powerful intentional breathwork experience. By the end of the series, you will have developed valuable new tools to help you thrive in your daily life.Dr. Bill Bastian has taught breathwork for 30 years in many different formats around the country and in Scotland. He leads workshops and seminars revolving around personal break-throughs and the rediscovery of the authentic self. He has lead corporate fire walks since 1997 and has delivered the fire walk on the TV show, Survivor. He is a licensed, board certified doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine and clinical herbalist. He holds a doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. He specializes in trauma recalibration, spinal health in relation to posture and pain management as well as many other modalities of health and healing.
