Feeling isolated, down, anxious? Looking to connect with others who share similar feelings and experiences? Our general support group is designed for those experiencing a variety of concerns and is designed to provide a safe space to learn coping skills, share with others, and process your experiences. This group is a drop-in group and open to everyone.

Weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30pm – 6:30pm PST (starts 12/27)
In-Person at the Scott Hines Behavioral Health Clinic (1301 N Palm Canyon Dr. 2do Floor, Group Room 6)
