We are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We have local chapters across the nation, providing services within each community.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/alz.org\/apps\/findus.asp\">Find a chapter near you<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Our professionally staffed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alz.org\/we_can_help_24_7_helpline.asp\">24\/7 Helpline<\/a>&nbsp;(1.800.272.3900) offers information and advice to more than 300,000 callers each year and provides translation services in more than 200 languages.&nbsp;<\/li><li>We host face-to-face&nbsp;support groups&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alz.org\/apps\/findus.asp\">educational sessions<\/a>&nbsp;in communities nationwide.&nbsp;<\/li><li>We connect people across the globe through our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzconnected.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">online message boards<\/a>, ALZConnected\u00ae.
