Greetings!
On this World AIDS Day, we remain united as a community in the fight against HIV, honor and show support for people living with HIV, and remember those who have passed. We also know that prevention, testing, and treatment are vital to ending the AIDS epidemic.

PS…Test was founded as the first free clinic in Riverside County to test and treat and is FREE of charge for everyone in a sex-positive, judgment-free space. You can reach PS... Test at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or 760-333-8092. ID and insurance are not required.

December is also a month when we celebrate our many holiday customs, beliefs, and traditions, and we want to honor them all.

Happy Hanukkah to those observing, and may we all take joy as our whole, authentic selves, in whatever way we celebrate the season.

COOKING DURING
THE HOLIDAY SEASON
Via Zoom
Wednesday, December 8
@ 4pm - 5pm

Too often during the holidays, while spending time with friends and family, we tend to eat (or ‘overeat’) mindlessly.

Join Lisa Vesik and learn how to cook and eat mindfully; being present and aware; creating healthy delights, enjoying your food, each bite, the taste, the smell and the texture. Become more aware of your body's signals of fullness so that you can have your pumpkin pie and eat it too!

COMMON SOURCES OF
SHOULDER and NECK PAIN
and current interventions
Via Zoom
Wednesday, December 15

Moving your joints through their full ranges of motion isn't just important for athletes. Mobility and stability exercises can help keep your joints healthy, reduce your risk of injury, and keep your body moving pain-free.

Join us on Zoom to get practical advice from Ken Zaparinuk, DPT on the best stretches for you.
