Services
Trustee
We can serve as your Trustee or Successor Trustee when there is no appropriate family member or friend to administer your trust. In addition, we have the added advantage of being independent and impartial. We also serve as Trustee for Special Needs Trusts, Charitable Trusts, and Trusts for special care of your beneficiaries including pets.
Executor / Administrator of Estates
We can carry out the directions of your will, including disbursement of property, identifying potential additional heirs, finalizing debt payments, creditors’ claims, and taxes .
We can administer estates in the event there is no, will or where the executors named in a will do not wish to act—in which case a court may appoint an administrator of the deceased’s estate.
Conservator of the Estate/Person
We can act as a court-appointed conservator of a person / estate for anyone who is unable to provide properly for his or her personal needs, unable to manage his or her own financial resources, or to aid in avoiding fraud or undue influence.
We can act as a court-appointed limited conservator of a person / estate for a developmentally disabled adult to promote and protect their well-being.
Bill Pay Assistant/Daily Money Management
We can provide a wide range of personal business assistance to clients who want help managing their day-to-day affairs, with an aim towards helping any person to keep control of finances, bills, accounts, deposits, etc.
Power of Attorney
We can act as a power of attorney (POA) on behalf of any person to manage their private affairs, business, or other legal matters for people who need such assistance.
Referrals
We can provide experienced professional referrals to legal, tax, investment, in-home caregiving and other service providers as needed.
