Healing Arts: Art Therapy Support Group

About The Event

In-person, drop-in art therapy support group for adults 18 years and older. Using varying artistic mediums such as paint, crayons, coloring, clay, etc., participants will learn to explore and process emotions and experiences. Each week will be a different art activity focused on participant’s feelings, assisting with processing emotions and experiences such as anger, frustration, pain, trauma, relationships, coping and stress management.  There will be additional focus on self-image and perception and what a safe space look like or feel like, and personal strengths.
