The Center currently offers several dozen programs across the Coachella Valley, for LGBTQ+ and allied community members. While some of these programs are run by Center Staff members, many more are developed, facilitated, and led by volunteer program facilitators.

The Center is very open to program proposals from community members and community partner organizations that fill current programming and service gaps for our community. In addition, we prioritize developing programs that address one or more of our three strategic initiatives:

Consider the length of programs sessions, and the frequency. Are you proposing a weekly, ongoing program? A monthly program? Or is this a program with multi-week sessions? Please share as many details in the Program Description
Program proposals are accepted on a rolling basis, but please allow up to 4 weeks after submission to hear back from a Center programs staff lead.

The program planning and implementation process takes about six weeks for the development of graphics, media promotion, registration of attendees, etc. Please keep this in mind as you consider suggested start dates
The Center offers both programs with a fee and free programs. Please take the time to deeply consider your economic needs with the needs of our community. For any programs with a fee, our standard arrangement is typically a 50/50 fee, however this can be adjustment with further discussion.
