In-person, drop-in group to help process anxiety and stress related to the presidential election and politics in general.

Facilitated by Mark Esperti, Clinical Trainee and Dr. Jill Hingston, Phd, LMFT.

The day and time of this group has changed.

Starting November 15, the group will also be meeting on Fridays from 12pm-1pm.

Starting November 18, the group will meet weekly on Mondays from 4pm-5pm.
