Kasey started her corporate career working for Levi Strauss & Co, working her way up to VP of sourcing in Asia which kickstarted her work across the globe in executive positions for some of the most well-known apparel companies in the world. Her experience focused on international product sourcing and supply-chain management for brands such as Quiksilver, Lands’ End, American Eagle Outfitters, and Gap. Having the privilege to lead teams of up to 800 people has shown Kasey the importance of leadership and how valuable having a trusted group of peers can be. She founded Madison & Associates to advise companies on apparel product development, supply-chain, sourcing, and leadership development with major clients including Canada Goose and Carhartt. Kasey joined The Center of the Desert Board in spring 2022.
