Richard is a seasoned bilingual executive with strong international business and multidisciplinary experience in Human Resources, Operations, Project Management, Consulting, Information Technology and Financial Management. He has worked with such organizations as Hilton International, Scandinavian Airlines, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Carnival Hotels and Casinos, IGT Services Inc. and The Culinary Institute of America.
Born and educated in Canada, Richard has dual citizenship with the United States and is a graduate of Lower Canada College in Montreal, Quebec and the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
After many moves across the globe, Richard has resided full time in Palm Springs for the last five years with his husband Ron. He has expressed his strong commitment to the mission of The Center, and he brings his strengths in strategic planning, leadership skills, governance and human resources.
