About The Event
Recommended textbook: Easy Spanish Step-by-Step by Barbara Bregstein, available on
Amazon ($13.90).
This is an 8 week Intermediate Spanish course. We will be working through chapter 5-8. Prior knowledge of verb conjugation (present tense), including stem-changers and irregular and plain old weird verbs is helpful. You should be comfortable with word order variations, such as: me gustan las fiestas.
In level Intermediate Spanish, verbs are the focus. Students will start with verb conjugation and guided through practice, practice, practice! Also covered will be the use of the Spanish equivalent of “going to”, special expressions and how to compare things. Each class begins with review of all previous material covered. Focus is on fluency.
