Our general support group is designed for those experiencing a variety of concerns and is designed to provide a safe space to learn coping skills, share with others, and process your experiences.

About the Program A six-session therapy group for women who need playful ways to deal with anxiety. This group combines art therapy with learning anxiety-reducing techniques.
