In a time when LGBTQ+ individuals continue to face heightened threats to their safety and well-being, equipping ourselves with self-defense skills can be an act of both empowerment and resistance. Building confidence in how we carry and protect ourselves is essential, especially in a world that too often challenges our right to exist freely.
Join us for a two-hour self-defense workshop designed to equip LGBTQ+ individuals with fundamental tools to feel more confident in their personal safety. This session will cover breath control, situational awareness, and standard physical techniques, with a mix of verbal instruction and hands-on practice. Led in a trauma-informed and affirming environment, this workshop is open to all skill levels and physical abilities. Come ready to learn, move, and build confidence in a supportive space!
