Jim Reed is a healthcare attorney who has focused his career on supporting charitable organizations that serve local communities as well as government agencies that oversee programs for underserved populations. Jim has served as an in-house attorney for several nonprofit hospitals and health systems and is currently working for Eisenhower Medical Center. He was a regional attorney for the USDHHS Office for Civil Rights, the Indian Health Service and the Administration for Children and Families in the Midwest. During his tenure as a federal attorney, Jim helped his region to secure healthcare funding for local tribes and he provided support and assistance to Head Start programs throughout the Great Lakes Region. As a board member, Jim serves as the liaison between The Center and Eisenhower Health and has a strong interest in the physical and mental health services that The Center provides to the LGBTQ community.
