Debbie Kahng
She/Her

Debbie Kahng (AMFT #147330) was raised in the desert and is proud to be a part of serving the community she was raised in. She has spent the last decade as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor working with families of those with substance use disorders for a local treatment center. She is currently serving as a clinical trainee for The Center while completing her Masters degree at Cal Southern University. She is working toward her license for marriage and family therapy as well as working toward becoming a Certified Psychodramatist. Debbie enjoys helping individuals learn more about how codependency impacts their day to day lives as well as helping families heal from the trauma caused by the family dis-ease of addiction.

Debbie decided to become a mental health professional due to her own personal growth and development in her relationships. She has done her own inner work and recognizes the power behind better understanding ourselves through the lens of healing the wounds from our childhood that might still be impacting our day-to-day lives.
