This course is designed, be the American Heart Association, to be taught to non-medical people who do NOT need CPR certification for employment but want to learn what to do in the precious few minutes waiting for 911. You can make the difference between life and death or severe disability.

An immersive community soundbath experience encompassing soothing sounds of crystal bowls, nurturing vocals, and a variety of percussion instruments.
The class design is for older adults noticing memory issues and/or balance challenges. The exercises promote blood flow to the brain, create the birth of new neurons in the memory and learning center, and re pattern responses in fall risk scenarios.
