A support group designed to help seniors in retirement who feel alone, disconnected, and off balance due from lack of purpose and activities. It will address personal goals and cravings, as well as the search for meaning. This group is all-inclusive.

The class design is for older adults noticing memory issues and/or balance challenges. The exercises promote blood flow to the brain, create the birth of new neurons in the memory and learning center, and re pattern responses in fall risk scenarios.
