Join us for a fitness experience like no other! “Forever Fit” class offers a diverse range of exercises and activities that are safe, effective, and most importantly, fun! From gentle cardio routines and strength training to flexibility exercises and balance work, our program is designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals over 50 while keeping things exciting and engaging.
What to Expect:
Emma Middlebrook (she/her) is owner of REP Movement and Lululemon Ambassador. She has close to 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and has spent her life playing sports and staying active. She runs a small group fitness studio in Portland, OR but has made Palm Springs her home. Through years of experience and education she has figured out the best methods to help people reach their goals. She was a top trainer at Equinox Fitness and holds the prestigious NSCA-CPT Certification and Ace Health and Wellness Certification. She studied massage therapy at the Swedish Institute, has a BS in Psychology and holds a Precision Nutrition Certification. Her specialty as a Health and Wellness Coach is in delivering comprehensive workout and lifestyle programs that are scientifically based and tailored exclusively for you. Her system is proven to get results every time and is not only incredibly effective, but enjoyable and fulfilling too. She wants to give her clients the tools they need to create a healthier lifestyle, something that is sustainable long term.
Monthly pay: $60 for The Center Members | $80 Non-Members
Pay per class (Drop-In): $15.00 per class
