Healthy Boundaries

About the Event

Healthy boundaries is a support group focused on helping individuals establish and maintain boundaries. Society has not spent a lot of time educating people about what a boundary is and how to interact with self and others. This group is designed to help the general public understand how to take care of self while implementing and keeping boundaries that might be needed in their lives.

Goals

• To learn about what a boundary is.
• To learn how to use boundaries appropriately.
• To learn how to communicate effectively.
• To offer a safe space to ask questions about personal/relational boundaries.
• To grow in personal/professional relationships.
