We are a locally owned Hospice Program serving the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas since 2007.
We are a group of local physicians, registered nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, licensed therapists, dietary counselors, volunteers, hospice aides, and homemaker services.
Our Hospice program is committed to providing personable and compassionate care for our patients and their families.
OUR MISSION
To provide quality hospice care to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments, using an interdisciplinary professional collaborative practice.
The primary goal of this hospice is to improve the “quality of life” for the patients by offering comfort and dignity while under our care.
