“Move & Groove” class is a fusion of dance-inspired movements, Pilates exercises, and dynamic stretching techniques, all set to energizing music.

I’m Emma Middlebrook (she/her), owner of REP Movement and Lululemon Ambassador. I have close to 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and have spent my life playing sports and staying active. I run a small group fitness studio in Portland OR but have made Palm Springs my home. Through years of experience and education I’ve figured out the best methods to help people reach their goals. I was a top trainer at Equinox Fitness and hold the prestigious NSCA-CPT Certification and Ace Health and Wellness Certification. I studied massage therapy at the Swedish Institute, have a BS in Psychology and hold a Precision Nutrition Certification. My specialty as a Health and Wellness Coach is in delivering comprehensive workout and lifestyle programs that are scientifically based and tailored exclusively for you. My system is proven to get results every time and is not only incredibly effective, but enjoyable and fulfilling too. I want to give my clients the tools they need to create a healthier lifestyle, something that is sustainable long term.
Monthly pay: $60 for The Center Members | $80 Non-Members
Pay per class (drop-in): $15.00 per class | Cash, Check or Credit card accepted | Pay at The Center front desk, 3rd Floor, 10-15 min before class starts.
