My partnership with The Center began in February, 2026. I have been a Realtor with Bennion Deville Homes for 18 years serving the housing needs of people who desire to live in the Coachella Valley.
I have an 18 year old daughter who just started college as a Freshman this past September who is a part of the LGBTQ community. I couldn’t love her more, be more proud of her, and miss her more than I do now. I want to do everything I can do to support her and the LGBTQ community.
I moved to the Coachella Valley in 1999 and became a Realtor in 2004. Real Estate is a career I love and I am passionate about. I have been selling homes and helping people with their housing needs for more than 22 years throughout the Coachella Valley.
My goal with my partnership at The Center is to provide free education and resources for anyone with housing needs. I can assist you with finding Affordable Housing, 55+ communities, help you understand the difference between fee land (land you own) and lease land (land you do not own), and the benefits of living on lease land or fee land. I am an experienced Listing agent if you are thinking about selling, and I am an experienced Buyer’s agent if you are thinking about buying. I especially like to help first time home buyers navigate the path to home ownership.

These educational workshops will focus on topics including Affordable Housing, information on 55+ communities, Fee vs Lease land, steps to becoming a first time home Buyer, how to help you sell your home, and strategies to help seasoned real estate owners and investors buy and sell real estate to reach their desired real estate goals.
