About The Event

Playing sports like golf, tennis or pickle ball can have great health benefits, but some common movement patterns for those activities could put you at risk for injury. Join Ken Zaparinuk, DPT, for an in-depth discussion of the common injuries related to these sports, how to prepare for play and how to develop sport specific exercises to keep you at your best as a mature athlete.
