By the end of this 4 week workshop, you will confidently know how to defend yourself against an attacker. Here are some of the skills you’ll walk away with: first and foremost, the ability to move quickly to reposition your body to whatever position makes you difficult to grab or strike. The ability to escape from chokes, and other grabs, like hair grabs. Also, the ability to disarm someone holding a weapon, if necessary. Everything is defensive.

She uniquely blends smarts, instincts, and some seriously cool moves into a seamless groove of protection and awareness. She’s on a mission to show that self-defense isn’t just about muscle—it’s about wits, wisdom, and maybe having a little fun along the way.
