This is a casual space to share your experiences and support. Caring Conversations has no facilitator perse but is a space where life conversations and connections can happen.

This course is designed, be the American Heart Association, to be taught to non-medical people who do NOT need CPR certification for employment but want to learn what to do in the precious few minutes waiting for 911. You can make the difference between life and death or severe disability.
Participants will study and realize the importance of geometric shapes in creating works.

In-person, closed therapeutic support group for those who have lost a loved one and want assistance in dealing with their loss and to talk with others who understand what they are going through.
A support group designed to help seniors in retirement who feel alone, disconnected, and off balance due from lack of purpose and activities. It will address personal goals and cravings, as well as the search for meaning. This group is all-inclusive.
